You shall be riding through Romania on one of the following machines, basis availability.
Both are capable of traversing the terrain adeptly and are certain to make your experience a memorable one!

In August, Romania enjoys warm and pleasant weather, making it one of the best times to visit – characterized by sunny days and mild evenings, perfect for outdoor activities. However, carrying your rain gear is advisable as the odd unexpected local shower can always hit during your ride!
Indian citizens must have a valid Schengen visa to visit Romania. Please ensure validity of your passport as well as visa to ensure no issues around the date of travel. We also recommend applying for Travel Insurance for the duration of the trip – the same should cover you in case of a motorcycle accident – please speak to your agent and ensure that medical bills, hospitalisation, medical evacuation and repatriation are covered.
The ride will comprise 100% tarmac routes, covering some of the most iconic motorcycling roads anywhere on earth! The ride will be led by a mixture of Xplorearth ride leaders as well as a certified BMW Motorrad Instructor and Tour Guide, to ensure the best possible riding experience – one you will learn greatly from.
At present, an Indian Driving License is not accepted in Romania – neither by the Government nor with bike rental operators. Please apply for your International Driving Permit with your local RTO – the process is fairly simple and painless. This will ensure you do not face any issues with authorities, bike rental and even potentially travel insurance claims if the need arises.
